*Cut-off for orders: 3 days before delivery schedule. If your order did not reach the cut off, please wait for the next delivery schedule. 

If there are changes in schedule, the Serene team will personally contact you through your contact details. 

Rescheduling fee for failed deliveries will amount to 500 pesos to 800 pesos depending on your location.
